Congratulations to Windle House Farm - Tracy and Stephen Pepper recently reopened their iconic Cafe in July - and now, the people have spoken!
It's a beautiful space with a special children’s play area, children’s activities, meet-the-animals sessions, and some of the best views you’ll find anywhere in Yorkshire. I am in complete admiration of Tracy and Stephen - who have through sheer willpower, determination and huge amount of energy have decided to re-open their fantastic home for all to be able to enjoy once again. This little business started as a dream fuelled by late nights, big hopes, and a lot of faith. There were moments when it felt uncertain, moments when we wondered if anyone would notice what we were building. And then YOU showed up. You believed in us enough to vote, to share, to cheer us on, and to stand behind something we are so incredibly proud of.
Every single vote told us that what we do matters. That our hard work is seen. That this community truly supports small businesses and the people behind them. We don’t take that lightly. Not for a second.
